Not sure about the `most exotic` bit, but they contain potassium which is very useful for some people who have to take diuretic tablets, (water tablets.) The reason being that water tablets flush the good and the bad through the kidneys and one of the `good` things is potassium.

Eating bananas can, therefore, help to restore the balance in the body of potassium. :wink:
