Judging on what I was able to learn about this persona, Mrs Timoshenko got to be given a fair trial for stealing of state property in excessively large amounts. However she cannot be brought before the court owing to her legislative immunity. Actually, it is likely that she has a hankering for being president to be fully protected from prosecution for the following five years of presidential term.
