Posh’s dinner date sparks off Spice Girl reunion rumours!

London, Feb 09: Victoria Beckham sparked off rumours of a possible reunion of British band the Spice Girls after she and her former band-members Geri Halliwell and Emma Bunton met for dinner recently.

Posh reportedly told Ginger and Baby that they could earn a fortune by helping her revive the group in the U.S, where she and hubby David Beckham are set to move in a few months.

A source close to Posh revealed that the singer-turned-designer wanted to reinvent the band in the US.

"She sees the Spice Girls as an integral part of her assault on the U.S. Her plan is to reinvent in America, where she thinks they can make millions, then come back to the UK to do a few dates and a TV show about it," the Daily Mail quoted the source, as saying.

All that is needed now is for the trio to convince the other two bandmembers – Mel B aka Scary Spice, and Mel C aka Sporty Spice to sign up as well.

And given the fact that both Scary and Baby Spice are expecting, it seems that the band is most likely to reform soon after the two women give birth.

"Victoria said she will be coordinating it, with the help of Simon (Fuller, former Spice Girls manager). The time frame on this is starting very soon after Emma and Mel B have their babies - we are talking a year," the source added.
