Let me explain first because burning me dear honest Real Estate Agents Wink

There is a trends of uncontroled Real Estate Agents who are taking in hostage sellers and buyers with vicious contracts. Imagine, you call and agency to get informations about a house, they records your private informations and consider you as thier "client" now. If you buy a house with another agency, they attack you to receive THIER commission, because you were their client.

It has been denounced but not yet regulated in Belgium.

Interesting to see it isn`t just a problem here in the UK. Estate Agents are amongst the most disliked of all the professions!

I didn't realise that they are that much disliked in Europe. In Thailand and Oz they seem professional Fi_lone_ranger
