Hey all,

I am wondering if anybody has dealt with and trusts a firm they can suggest to help me in my quest to find some rental space to open a business in BKK.

I have been looking at a few place that are already up and running as businesses but quite frankly the amount of money it would take to purchase the businesses and then do the upgrades needed in both cases just didn't make sense.

I have been in contact with Sunbelt but thought I'd check to see if anybody has any other suggestions.

What type of business are you looking for or to start..... like do you need a store front or office type of set up...   ???

Store front space, it will be sort of like a virtual office space type business offering... not sure how to describe it in much more detail than that.. but with full net services (will have a public net cafe usage as well) but more for people that need a business address and business support type services for a short period of time.. they are becoming all the rage I own two such setups in Canada and in my market research BKK is ripe for a quality offering...

Could/Would it be wise to look into areas where there are numerous office buildings and at least several major hotels....  if so may be kind of pricey.....  

Could it be possible to rent the Sq. ftg you require from a major hotel?
They would have the necessary parking for anyone from the outside driving in; would be a well known site for giving incoming clientle directions,  would have the upmarket exposure that would create the positive image; and would be able to cater to the outsiders who visit the offices in the area. and may need just the momentary office...  just a thought
