You can eat mostly vitamin b,c food. It gives very benefit four your healthy hair. In your hair you will add right colour.Always use good and best shampoos and conditioners with protein-based ingredients. Always you can always use best protein based products to your individual hair strands to build up body and fullness and it can stop to hair loss.

There are so many factors works behind hair fall.In the recent world pollution and less nutritive food may be the main cause for that.The points which I want to share for reduce hair fall are:
1)Diet:-Nutritious diet(include green, leafy vegetables, raw oats, and whole grain cereals, eggs, dates, and raisins), which contains all essential vitamins and minerals, helps in minimizing the hair loss.
2)Washing routine:-Hair cleansing routine largely depends on your hair-type. People having oily hair may need to wash their hair regularly, while people having dry hair can wash it twice a week.
3)Using proper conditioner
4)Choose a comfortable hair style
