Hullo to all Visitors, holidaymakers and residents as Investors alike that are gathered here in this well talked about Forum I was also informed from another Forum site.

During our last tour in June this year, we had the pleasure to welcome a senior citizen of Canadian origin. Subject to physical, mobile limitations from any individual, considerations are always and carefully applied prior to each and every organized trip to assure a high and safe standard for comfort. Regarding the schedule, it is customary to leave quite early (around 6-6:30 am) from your Bangkok hotel. Ages of most participants varies between 30 to 50 years and from this regular experience, we can assure you with confidence that you will meet and be in a group tour participated by very friendly & nice people. So, if you can give more details about your health condition, I will advise you. We can of course also show you properties to suit & customize on your needs in a smaller-size private tour.

Management is all taken care by my Agent who also acts as my Power of Attorney and legalized by the Courts there and recognized as well by the Financial Institutions too.


I shall only exchange separately and seriously with potential "Pro-Buyers/Investors" for the Flipping Investment market. I participate in it myself. Let it be known too, once your fully credentials are thoroughly and securely verified, it becomes a one-time process unless your marital or citizenship status changes within days or weeks.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations received no earlier than one month before the start of the tour will receive a full refund, less a $150 penalty per person.
From one month before to 15 days before Tour date will be met with a reduced penalty refund of $350 per person. Lesser than 15 days will forfeit all claims to the refund.
