How It Works... tells you What To Do...

Most of us want to be healthy. We want all of our body systems to work the way they should, doing the things they were designed to do, at the right time and at their optimum efficiency. But there is no magic bullet. Good health requires more than one simple technique. As Dr. Brazos Minshew is fond of saying, "Good health only comes from healthy habits practiced everyday." It does not come from treating isolated symptoms.

The biggest problem for most of us is that we have very little idea of how our body functions. In fact, most of us feel like we need a medical degree to understand half of what our doctor tells us! This is where Dr. Minshew excels.

Dr. Minshew is a brilliant scientist. But unlike other brilliant minds, he's still in touch with humanity. His social skills still function and he loves to help people. Couple love of science with love of God and love of people and you have a man that goes far beyond someone in a white lab coat stirring up concoctions in a bright, sterile lab. You have a man who explains how your body works in a way you can understand.

Dr. Minshew has a desire to give you the tools you need to get the most from your body. Not only has this been proven in the efficacy of the products that he has developed, but also through the lengths he's gone to in order to make it possible for a simple, lay person to grasp the general concepts needed to maximize one's health.

He helps us step back far enough that we CAN see the forest for the trees. It's very easy to get lost in specific health problems and lose sight of the fact that health issues do not spring up over night or that a health issue is not the result of one system going out of balance.

All of our body systems work together. ALL of them. Not a single thing works on its own. This means you need to contribute to your good health in ways that balance your whole body. Not just your liver. Not just your heart. Not just your diabetes. Not just your energy field. Fixing the energy field, for example, is awesome. But it does not nourish your body. A healthy diet does that. Taking high quality supplements is awesome, too. But that alone will not help your body rejuvenate itself. Proper rest is also needed. You see?

With that in mind, Dr. Brazos has been giving 15 minute Wellness Talks every morning at 7:00 a.m. Pacific. Even though I've been interested in health and wellness for most of my life, I am amazed each morning at how much I learn... with no pain. lol Brazos is one of the easiest people to listen to that I know!

However, not everyone can get on the phone at the time of Brazos' calls. With that in mind, we have been recording them so that we can listen to them at our convenience... or even review them more than once. Yes, some of them are that good! lol If you would like to hear any of these recordings, I have uploaded them to an autoresponder. You can optin to that mailing list and receive a new recording 5 days a week to your inbox and listen to them at your convenience. I've primarily set this up for my own team and customers, but it will not be any extra trouble if you'd like to get on this mailing list, too. Just let me know.
