Description: A forum to discuss bodybuilding and fitness. A friendly environment but that is still closely monitored. Our membership goes from the casual lifter to regional and national champions and that gives the forum a huge knowledge base without any cliques. We actively encourage people to participate and send every new member a PM explaining where they can find information and telling them to contact the Admin or a moderator if they have a problem with the actions of a member. I have put in a bid for Martys Old Car

A little bit of humor. The store is functional but we have not decided on our product supplier or line. We will haver OSB clothing like shirts, hats and sweatshirts for sale. We do have the weekend at Camp Fitty in stock but it's free for members problem is it's 4000 miles away from me in Ohio...LOL
