I am thinking about getting IPstar.

What's the service like and what IP do you recommend to use?

I have read a few times that the CS Loxinfo service is terrible, actually the words that were used to describe it were "It's Crap".

I have heard good reports about the TOT package, certainly much better than Loxinfo.
