I should have taken photos today.

I was down at Ocean Grove, and saw a very clear line... beautiful blue water beyond, brown water this side. Very close to the mouth of the Barwon River (I was about 1km from Barwon Heads)

Severe storms, flash floods hit Melbourne, parts of Victoria and South Australia

PEOPLE were swept away, homes were flooded and roads turned to rivers as Victoria last night suffered an unprecedented deluge of cyclonic rain.

Flash flooding hit big parts of the state, and some towns stood on the brink of evacuation during cloudbursts forecasters said were unique.

The monsoon brought chaos to Melbourne, causing widespread flooding and damage to homes.

Many regional and out back roads are closed in VIC and SA

That's bad, it just gets worse for Australians at the moment.

Looks like these two little girls are enjoying it though (not sure how safe it is)

Looks like it's going to get worse b4 it gets better....
There is another cyclone they are tracking....It is hoped that it will miss Australia or that it will be minor when it does come....
Either way we gonna feel it for a long time with really high prices at the supermarket....

Maybe the family of the 7 or 8 year old boy that got washed away and drowned few weeks ago whilst swimming in flood waters could answer that one....
