It's so true, that the mental anguish that comes from any of the depressive disorders that you've described can be much harder to deal with than physical pain. And depression is a lot harder to treat as well. What have you found helpful in your case?

Just today a friend sent me a video link that might be of interest... I'm a bit radical when it comes to healthy alternatives, but the story of this pharmacist came as no surprise to me. Sure wouldn't want to be in her shoes!
