Joy, it`s a pity you don`t have banner ads as well. They really do get seen, and banner swaps are an excellent way of advertising your own site.

Personally, I don't like banner ads so using text links is much better for the forum layout and better for the advertiser. When we were approached about doing this the advertiser only wanted a text link because by having text links it increases SEO/PR improvement and direct traffic unlike the banner ads, so I'm told. It seems to be working very well for the sites that have advertised with us so far :smile:
