Best ways to quit smoking are many, but trying out and to make it into practice is the difficult process. Always listen to your thoughts, don’t give a chance for unwanted things to have priority in your life.

You might have experienced changes in relationship because of a mere change in your attitude. The same happens here too, if you are ready to change your present attitude, things will be in your tip. The habit of smoking is powerful, but not an unchangeable thing.

Gain some education about nicotine addiction. Get the support of people who are going through the same situation as you are in. Then you will be able to find the best solution for the problem.

Smoking is injurious to health but now a day it becomes a fashion and status in all teenagers. But it is also true that leaving a smoking addiction is very difficult. But I have some tips about it which are :
Deviate your attention from the mere thought of smoking means go for a walk, listen to music or indulge yourself in any other activity.
Whenever you feel like smoking, apply a pinch of rock salt at the tip of your tongue. Do this process, for about one month.

Smoking has a devastating effect on the body and one should avoid as much as possible. People fail to quit smoking on their own because of a lack of real change in the way they think about smoking. In order to break this pattern and quit smoking, you need to change the way you think about smoking for good.

Smoking is really very injurious to health so please avoid to smoke as much as possible . I suggest you for avoid the smoking is deviate your attention from the mere thought of smoking means go for a walk, listen to music or indulge yourself in any other activity . So you have to think for it .
