MPG-CAPs are in a Solid Caplet form you simply add directly to your fuel tank prior to filling up. The Ingredients do nothing to the Fuel. The Fuel acts as a carrier and takes the product into the combustion chamber. FFi calls it a Combustion Chamber Treatment. It is a Catalyst.
