I have to say as a member on Joy's forum that Joy truly deserves this award as she does a tremendous job just by being herself and that is by being friendly and always helpful which is crucial to any forum. Joy is a natural admin but most of all you can call her a friend.

I think the success of Joy's forums can be directly attributed to Joy herself. She monitors everything on her site, but in a way that is productive to the ongoing posting and site growth. I think every single member on the site would say that Joy is their friend, lol, which is rare these days. She has created an atmosphere that is appealing to the members - AND THAT IS WHY they come back day after day after day.
I can not think of a more deserving person for this award. This site was smart to nominate Joy!! I hope and assume that she will win the award!!!!
