I thought that we should put together a list of important events in European history or events that have shaped European history. Once we have a few we can select the most important 5 or 10 then vote on which event was the most defining in European history

The Black Plague
Princess Diana's Death
The Start of the Iron Age
French Revolution
Napoleonic Wars
Cold War
The Fall of the Berlin Wall
The Rise of the German War Machine
