Agreed, Pay Pal's customer service standards have improved greatly over the last few years and anyone with a marketing presence needs to be accepting and using Pay Pal on their sites

I just heard an unconfirmed report that Pay Pal are moving out of the US to Luxemburg. Seems strange, does anyone have any info on this?

Quote:PayPal will become a bank

PayPal has now the license to operate as a bank starting from 2 July 07. The new headquarters will be located in Luxemburg. With this new approach PayPal wants to improve his services for European customers (35 millions) and to grown the number of ecommerce sites which offers PayPal services.

Forrester Research report that 23% of online shoppers prefer to use PayPal services and in 2006 PayPal moved a total of $USD 8,4 billions in payments.

Today there are a total of 100,000 websites which use PayPal as a payment method
I got an e-mail from PayPal yesterday I think it was advising me of some changes in their European operations. I didn`t get the impression from what I read that it`d make too much difference to customers accounts in practical terms.
