Yesterday TT experienced some down time. All issues have been resolved now and the site appears to be functioning normally once again. We apologize for this situation. Please see below the latest update from our Technician
Quote:Network Issues Resolved
By now you should be seeing all your sites mostly back to normal and email issues should also be resolved. We are still experiencing some slowness and occasional difficulties with "upstream" traffic. You might notice that viewing your web pages are generally fine, but have time-out issues when posting or submitting forms or anything else that sends data back to the server. We are aware of these issues and still working to resolve them.
For those that want to know the technical details, one of the main data center routers that directs our server traffic through to the Internet began to show signs of hardware failures just over 24 hours ago. Our tech team quickly replaced the failing hardware, yet more issues occurred on the router, in the end it required new hard drives, new RAID cards and several Operating System reinstalls.
Unfortunately, it was mostly in vain and the techs were unable to get the router stable again. About six hours ago, we began re-routing all our traffic "around" that router. There will still be some slow connectivity until the Internet caches "catch up" with the changes.
Please be aware that we are doing our best to resolve everything as speedily as possible. This outage has affected thousands of sites across many, many servers and we realize the importance of getting things running smoothly again.
