Anger over obese passengers

OBESE passengers spilling over cramped airline seats is among the leading grievances of air passengers, according to a NEWS.com.au survey.
Cramped seating was the leading annoyance for 68 per cent of the 1,189 respondents to the survey, conducted by Core Data in partnership with NEWS.com.au.
Forty-eight per cent also admitted to being offended by large people spilling over the armrests and encroaching on their seating space, while 38 per cent said the behaviour of young children also annoyed them on flights.
Once on the ground, one in five Australians ranked being ripped off as their top travel annoyance while not understanding the local language is not seen as a barrier.
