8 hours is the ideal hours to sleep per day. I try to sleep as much as 8 hours per day but I think its not enough because my body clock still haven't adjusted to my schedule. I sleep around 2 -11 am.
Anyway, do you get enough sleep?

I am normally asleep by 11pm and up at 6am

i know!!! my work is from 1:30-9:30 pm so I come home at around 10:30-11pm.
I'll eat my late dinner, even if I'm too sleepy I still need to wait for an hour or so because I'm so full.
I watch dvds, surf the net and stare on my ceiling until I finally fall asleep

I sleep around 8 hours, but feel sleepy most of the day ;-(((
I've had a sleeping problem ever since I was a kid. Most nights I get between 5 to 7 hours sleep and wake up multiple time during those hours. However, when both myself and my lass are off work than I can quite easily get around 10 to 12 hours rest but this still includes waking up around 5 times during that period - not a bad thing however!
I have trouble getting to sleep. The best thing I found here in the US is a product called "Sleep 'n' restore".
Not sure if it's available in Oz, but it's the only thing I've found that really works for me.
It's all natural - melatonin, and a bunch of antioxidants.
Antioxidants is good, I haven't seen it in Oz but will look out for it
I don`t think I get enough sleep. I go to bed around midnight normally. It can take 30 minutes to get to sleep, then I`m awake several times in the night. I`m usually awake propely by about 6 a.m. and struggle to get back to sleep.
I don't get complete eight hours sleep that is why I have headache in general.
