We walk for 30 minutes 5 times a week....try to eat fresh healthy meals most of the time....we do have take away once a week though....we also enjoy a few light beers at the weekend so we're not real health freaks.
But our weight stays around the same so I think the walking really helps with that...plus we really enjoy going for a walk and you feel so much better afterwards.

Walking is good exercise, I also like to go swimming when I can!

Climbing up the stairs to my computer several times a day keeps me trim.
Seriously though, I really ought to do more exercise. I do have an exercise bike but don`t often use it. And, I tend to like most of the `wrong` foods.
I must organize a workable health regime for myself one day.

I'm naturally slim/thin and I want to gain weight but everyday I had to walk to get to my office, maybe that's another reason why I'm getting thinner

Yes,there are some diet and exercise program for reducing weight but
You can also lose your weight with tomato because consuming tomatoes for breakfast reduces the hunger pangs and promotes a feeling of fullness.Although it takes time to reduce fat but it works effectively. You can browse www.mamaherb.com where you can see all the comments for this treatment and to how many people it really helped so far.
